This workshop offers a gradual introduction to color through simple exercises designed to help participants understand its fundamentals and applications in painting.
Participants will experiment with color mixing, flat areas of color, shades, and values using a limited palette to better grasp color relationships.
The work is based on studies of objects, images, and simple compositions, as well as sessions observing live models, promoting observation and immediate application.
Discussions and insights into the history of color accompany the sessions, in a workshop atmosphere that encourages experimentation and builds confidence.
Materials to be provided by the student (list provided upon registration).
Workshops are conducted in French and are reserved for adults and young people aged 16 and older.
