The workshop invites the student to an artistic journey, another time to learn, to improve and to explore the representation of the living model by soliciting the senses to good effect:

• Vision: stimulating the eyes to memorise, observe form, structure, distance, light intensity, colour, black and white.
• Touch: hold a pencil with more or less pressure to explore the whole range of greys, use the right amount of touch to deposit and diffuse charcoal by brushing the paper.
• Balance: understanding body movements and orientation in space, speed, gravity.

During this course, the meeting takes place with the living model, who, through his or her personality and posture, allows each one to apprehend the space of the quick sketch to capture the essential, but also a fleeting movement at the turn of a dance or a longer pose for a large format.
The life of the workshop is not devoid of convivial exchanges around the productions, accompanied by classical or contemporary artistic references as well as artistic news.
