Observation and experimentation are essential to learning. It is important to approach both drawing and painting, as the two are closely linked.

This course will enable you to acquire some basic techniques so that you can move further away from them: (The subject being a pretext for painting) how to start from reality to arrive at a reverie?

Discovering and mastering the different water-based techniques, in particular watercolour and ink, in order to take on board the effects and accidents so as to bounce back better. This course will enable you to assimilate enough knowledge and technical tools to develop a unique visual vocabulary. This course requires some knowledge of life drawing.

You will need to bring your own equipment (a list will be sent to you when you enrol).
