The students will be led to reflect and develop their approach to these two notions through their personality and subjectivity, but also through different mediums and techniques. By working on several subjects such as the anthropomorphic landscape, the hidden space or the walk, each student will be led to appropriate the “genre” of the landscape by questioning its deep nature and by trying to approach the landscape in a different way.
Through technical and theoretical support, but also by bringing in multiple artistic references, both classical and contemporary, the participants will be able to deepen this vast theme. Each participant will use the technique of his/her choice, drawing, painting (except oil painting).
Courses are taught in French. Material to be provided by the participant (list communicated at registration).
Break in classes during spring break from April 24 to May 08, 2023.
