The General History of Art courses at the Beaux-arts de Paris in the 2nd and 3rd years are accessible to a limited group of auditors from outside the School. These courses allow you to acquire a certain number of fundamentals to navigate art history with confidence. However, it is not a question of following courses organized academically by periods or currents, but of providing the means to interpret art from all periods and all sources combined according to original themes renewed each year.

Auditors do not have student status and do not have access to 2nd cycle artistic practice courses or seminars.

All courses are taught in French only.
