How to interpret the perception of reality so as to be able to retranscribe it through the modelling of shapes and movement. Combined with the fundamentals of drawing, students will work on the spontaneous gestures required by this technique.

The live model is only a pretext for painting, and the aim is to discover and try to master the different watercolour and ink techniques in order to develop a unique visual vocabulary. Practise mastering water, its dilution and its effects on the paper, as well as the transparency of the colours, as this is what gives the pigments the lightness and luminosity of a painting.

You will need to bring your own equipment (a list will be given to you when you register).

Courses are taught in French.
