Following on from the introductory course on ‘Storyboarding: the sketched narrative’, this second part of the course is dedicated to the editing of narrative and drawn forms. We will be continuing to experiment with an aesthetic of doubt, resourcefulness and graphic gestures specific to storyboarding, focusing each student’s practice on a unique publishing project.

Self-publishing is approached from both a theoretical and practical perspective: from the history of fanzines to the techniques of multiple publishing, each student acquires autonomy in his or her narrative and editorial approach.
From the history of the fanzine to the techniques of the multiple, each participant will acquire autonomy in their narrative and editorial approach – from the first intuitions to the railroad, via the choice of printing methods, to the question of designing a book object and its distribution.
